Biological description Potent and reversible p38α MAPK inhibitor (IC50 = 32 nM) that isn't ATP-competitive. Membrane permeable. Exhibits little or no activity at p38γ. Inhibits Elk1 phosphorylation. Displays anti-inflmmatory properties.
