    Potent and competitive CaMKII inhibitor (IC50 = 52 nM). Acts as a pseudosubstrate at the catalytic core of the enzyme. Reduces Ca2+-dependent Cl- current in T84 cells by approx. 70%, but does not affect Cl- channels in parotid acinar cells.
