Biological description Potent, selective 5-HT1B receptor agonist (Ki values are 2, 89, 49, 860, and 1600 nM at 5-HT1B, 5-HT1A, 5-HT1D, 5-HT1C and 5-HT2 respectively). Reduces foot intake, anticonvulsant and antidepressant-like effects. Active in vivo. Blood-brain barrier permeable.
