Biological description Selective phosphatidylinositol phospholipase (PLC) inhibitor (IC50 = 9.6 µM). Inhibits mitochondrial respiration, ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK. Also activates Fas/CD95 death receptor. Displays antitumor and apoptosis -inducing properties.
