Biological description Actin polymerization inhibitor that binds to monomeric G actin (Kd = 0.2 µM). Also inhibits adenine nucleotide exchange on actin. Plays a role in depolymerization of tumor cell cytoskeleton and shows possible anti-inflammatory properties.
