Biological description Selective D2-like receptor antagonist and 5-HT2A antagonist (Ki values are 0.06, 0.6, 0.08, 350 and 35000 at D2, D3, D4, D1 and D5 and 1.27 and >1000 nM at r5-HT2A and r5-HT2C receptors respectively). Also shows activity at 5-HT1A and 5-HT7 receptors. Shows antipsychotic effects. Active in vivo.
