Biological description Potent IP3 receptor inhibitor. Inhibits P3-mediated Ca2+ release (IC50 = 358 nM). Selective for IP3 receptors over ryanodine receptors. Inhibits sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ ATPase SERCA pump.
